  • Opening and Management of the resort

    People: Manning budgets , empowerment guidelines for improving decision making abilities of the team. Training plan. Talent management with experienced work force and new comers.

    Process: Create Standard Operating Procedures and Policies of the village aligned to the brand standards & legal requirements. Create Job safety trainings based on risk assessment of tasks and equipment’s. Create relevant training and refresher support booklets.Design individual performace tools based on guest satisfaction scores to drive guest satisfaction.

    – Start basic operations & simulations at least two months prior to opening to ensure gaps are bridged and processes are implemented as prescribed for a seamless and successful opening in line with the brand image.

  • Opening and Management of the resort

    – Implement tested and tried-successful tools for pre-opening (e.g. preopening checklists & dossiers of assets).

    – Profitability: Suppliers orfering and contracting process . Identify Cost Out initiatives and program with Cost champions.Utilities and consumable management tracking system.

    – Post Opening: Weekly Gaps review and identification with a dedicated Gap bridging team creation. Communcation and reporting to whole organization for best practise sharing ,sensibilazation to cost optimization and Team recognition.
